A Bachelor in Architecture from Sir J.J. College of Architecture, Mumbai and Masters in Valuation from Sardar Patel University, Gujarat, Ar.Suchita has an experience of over 30 years as an educator having served as a faculty at various positions in Architecture schools in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. and a practicing professional before acquiring responsibility as the Principal in 2015.

We at PHCOA aim at the holistic development of every student. We, focus on training young minds as explorers intertwined with practical skills to meet ever growing challenges of the industry. Our methods backed by creative tools help instill values and principles deep into growing minds thus enabling them become responsible citizens.

Education being the foundation for oneself to explore various avenues for growth, we encourage participation in Competitions wherein students are mentored to uphold a competitive spirit. Skill development, hands on training is encouraged through participation in workshops. Site visits form an integral part of the teaching / learning at PHCOA.

Our team of dedicated faculty constitutes the education power house of PHCOA. Besides developing a Design acumen we strive to ensure every Design outcome is backed by sound technical solutions, making the proposal buildable, this is possible only due to our focus on building a strong technical foundation.
