We are happy to introduce you to our 3 Day Live Yoga and Heartfulness Training Program, this program will be hosted by the eminent speakers from field of Wellness and Heartfulness Meditation, Corporate World and Academia.
Meditation helps people manage negative emotions. It’s high time we stop mocking meditation as being infutile. Meditation is a simple technique that can help you control stress, decrease anxiety, improve cardiovascular healh and achieve a greater capacity for relaxation.
The program will include simple tools for Relaxation, Meditation, talks by experts, interactive session, quizzes and fun based activities spread over 3 days.
These 3 sessions can be offered online through the Google Meet, Zoom or YouTube platforms.
An instant Heartfulness E-certificate on the completion of the 3-day course will be awarded to participants by verifying their attendance.
